This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) applies to all visitors and users of the Be Alpha Man Llc., ("Company", “us”, “we” or “our”) application (“Application”), our website, https://www.BeAlphaMan.com (“Website”) and our services provided through the Application and Website (“Services”) and is incorporated into our Terms and Conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) .

This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from your use of the Application, Website, or Services, and how we use, maintain, protect and disclose such information. Your access and/or use of the Application, Website or Services signifies that you have read, acknowledged and accepted the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, then do not access or use the Application, Website or Services, and delete the Application from your Mobile Device. We may alter, amend or supplement this Privacy Policy in our sole discretion (“Revised Privacy Policy”). We will provide notice on the Site of any Revised Privacy Policy at least thirty (30) days before the Revised Privacy Policy goes into effect. The Application, Website, and Services are for individuals who are 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals who are less than 18 years old, and you are prohibited from providing any information to us for such individuals.

Information that we may collect

If you do not consent to the collection and use of Anonymous Information, then you are prohibited from using the Site or Services.

• Mobile Device Information (Application only).

We may collect information about your Mobile Device and internet connection, including the device's unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type, mobile network information, and the device's telephone number.

The App also may access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your device. This may include, for example, photographs, audio and video clips, personal contacts, and address book information.

• Location Information.

If you do not want us to collect this information do not use the Application or Website, and delete the Application from your Mobile Device.

Automatically Collected Information is gathered through cookies, flash cookie, web beacons and web widgets, and may be gathered by us or our third-party business partners. We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. Some browsers use a DNT (Do Not Track) feature that sends a signal or preference to the websites regarding DNT. Because there is no current accepted industry standard on how to respond to the different DNT signals, we do not currently respond to them on our Site.

Use and Disclosure of your PHI

Although we are not a healthcare provider and are not a “covered entity” as defined in HIPAA, the healthcare providers offered through our services may be a “covered entity” and therefore subject to the provisions of Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”). The healthcare provider will share your protected health information (“PHI”) with us subject to the Business Associates Agreement in place with the healthcare provider. We will only use your PHI to provide our Services to you, and to provide to our Pharmacy Partners.

Accessing your Information

You can update your Personal Information by logging into the Website and visiting your Account Profile, or through your Account Profile located within the Application. You may also send us an email at admin@bealphaman.com to request access to, correct or delete any Personal Information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your Personal Information except by also deleting your account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users of our Application or Website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure.
